Helen taught Chinese and Arts classes at Chinese school for over twenty years. She often used paper cutting characters to tell stories, and helped studens learning Chinese. She won the second place for her class poster.

The dragon was made of red watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sun flower seeds, carrots, cucumbers and white chocolate. The white rabbits were made out of sweet rice, eyes were cherries.
